TERMS AND CONDITION

Supplieschannel.com will accept returns for credit or exchange under the terms and conditions set forth below:

  • Credit Card Purchases:

Purchases made by a credit card may only be exchanged or a credit will issued to your account.

  • Supplieschannel.com Error

Supply returns resulting from a SuppliesChannel.com error will be accepted for exchange or credit up to thirty (30) days.

  • Non-Supplieschannel.com Error

Please contact Customer Service for approval prior to return of any product. Customer Service will provide you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Any packages without an RA number will be refused. Supply returns resulting from non-Supplieschannel.com errors will be accepted for exchange or credit within five (5) working days of delivery of goods. A 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed.

 

All returns must be sent freight pre-paid. All returns must be in the original packaging and factory sealed where applicable. Do not write address or RA numbers on the outside of the manufacturer's boxes, as the product must be in resalable condition to receive credit. Please use your company shipping labels on the products being returned. If the product is not received in resalable condition, it will be returned to you at your expense.

Parts and accessories returns are not accepted.

  • Damaged In Transit Supplies

If you receive a package that has been damaged due to shipping, you must notify the carrier and Supplieschannel.com immediately.

  • Clearance, On-Sale, Closeout, Overstock, Re-certified and Refurbished Items
  • Order Acceptance

These items CANNOT be returned unless Dead on Arrival (DOA). Most printers sold will be covered by a manufacturers warranty. Please contact the manufacturer. A minimum 25% restocking charge will be applied if a returned clearance item is tested and proves not to be DOA. If an item is returned and repaired, it will be sent back to the customer. The Manufacturer handles all warranty and service issues directly. Promotional, clearance, closeout, On-Sale, re-certified, refurbished and overstock sales are FINAL and are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

    Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order but prior to shipment, to accept or decline your order for any or no reason. We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may need to verify any information you provide before we accept an order.

    Item availability and prices for all products sold at www.Supplieschannel.com are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities on certain items. (Price changes will not be retroactively applied to any outstanding or completed orders.)

 

 

  • Defective Supplies

Return of all defective product is accepted according to manufacturer return policies. All defective returns must be sent freight pre-paid within 30 days of original invoice. Malfunction caused by abuse or misuse does not qualify for return or replacement. Products which fail under warranty must be either returned directly to the manufacturer of the product (according to the terms of the manufacturer's warranty), or returned to Supplieschannel.com.

Bottled copier/toner supplies - all products are checked and are in salable condition before shipping and therefore are not returnable. All sales are final.

RICOH laser products - Defective products must be returned directly to Ricoh. Please call 800-882-4858.

Imation Data Cartridges - Direct all repairs and replacements to Imation. Please call 800-328-9438 select option 1.

Cartridge-Based Copier Supplies - To obtain a Return Authorization for these types of products, please submit a letter from the Manufacturer, or Authorized Service Technician describing the defect(s). A copy of this letter must accompany the returned product.

  • Custom Order Supply Products

Custom order supply products which fully meet the customer's specifications will not be accepted for return/credit, unless they are damaged in shipment or are defective.

  • Cancellation Policy

In stock orders can not be cancelled. Customer will be responsible for all freight charges and a 15% restocking fee on refused deliveries.

  • Supply Return Requirements

Returned supplies and products must be in full unopened cartons and in good resalable condition, except for damaged or defective returns. Customers must be able to provide proof of purchase (shipping document or invoice) if the purchase cannot be verified as having been made directly from Supplieschannel.com.

  • Non Returnable items: 

Some supply items are non returnable due to the manufacturers return policy.  OCE, Toshiba, Copystar, Imagistics and Keyocera are not returnable due to terms set forth by distribution.

  • All Refurbished Printers do not come with toner.
